Little Treviles is a beautifully converted single-storey
barn in a wooded valley 2 miles from the sea, in the heart of
the lovely Roseland Peninsula (Tregony 3 miles).
The cottage enjoys views over rolling farmland and
faces our farmhouse across a courtyard where there is ample, easy
parking. It has its own small private garden with garden furniture,
and visitors are also welcome to use our main gardens.
The interior of the cottage has been imaginatively
planned, and provides welcoming accommodation for two people.
The open-plan cottage is light and airy, and is enhanced by an
exposed beam vaulted ceiling.
The fitted kitchen is well-equipped, and includes
a spin dryer. The comfortably furnished living/dining area has
a large storage heater as well as an attractive and efficient
Scandinavian wood-burning stove (a basket of logs is provided).
The bedroom has a double bed, plenty of cupboard space and a storage
heater. There is an en-suite bathroom with wc, bath and hand-held
shower attachment, wash basin and airing cupboard.
Little Treviles would appeal to those who love the
peace and tranquility of the Cornish countryside.
